Data deletion requests

Verta does not currently maintain backend-stored user accounts or server-side personal data, so there is no separate data deletion process required for users at this time.

Frequently asked questions

I uninstalled the app and lost my settings. Can I recover them?

No. Verta stores settings and preferences locally on your device, so if the app is deleted those settings cannot be recovered.

Why does the app need my location?

Verta uses location only to show accurate weather information for your area. Your location is not stored or shared by the app.

How do I remove ads?

You can upgrade to Verta Pro from the app settings to remove ads and unlock additional features.

I reinstalled the app or switched devices. How do I restore my purchase?

Open Verta, go to Settings, and select Restore Purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same App Store or Google Play account used for the original purchase, your subscription or one-time purchase should restore automatically.
